As a Melbourne based piano entertainer Steven has performed long-term engagements in a variety of resorts, casinos, and cruise ships since the mid-80’s.
Some of these include Hamilton Island, Tasmania’s Wrest Point and Country Club Casino’s, Victoria’s Falls Creek and Mt Bulla ski resorts, and for Tasmanian Tourism Line aboard the Abel Tasman and Spirit of Tasmania. He played many return engagements at these venues as a soloist, and occasionally in duos with a variety of popular singers / musicians.
In the nineties, Steven played in some of Australia’s most popular television series including Neighbours for a theatre restaurant scene, and accompanying the Australian Boys Choir in the ABC series The Damnation of Harvey McHue. During this period he also performed at Hamilton Island, Dunk Island and Magnetic Island on the Great Barrier Reef, Townsville’s Breakwater Casino, and for the Grand Opening of the Reef Hotel Casino in Cairns.
In 1997, Steven joined Captain Cook Cruises as Entertainment Officer aboard the MV Reef Endeavour sailing seven day cruises around the Great Barrier Reef. He implemented the entire entertainment program, which included performing and producing various shows and events. During this time, the ship won the Australian Tourism Award for best Cruise, which is certified on his reference from the company.
In 2001, he started working for Princess Cruises USA. This was an amazing opportunity, therefore he performed for fifteen years all around the world. Since 2016 Steven has been working as a Piano / Guest Entertainer both on land and sea, with Carnival Cruise Lines, P&O Cruise Lines and many more...
